Sugar Mountain (2014) | Full Feature Film

Sugar Mountain is a new wave, adventure ski film by award winning director Richard James, made in association with Helly Hansen. The film chronicles the story of eight adventurers who take the personal leap, quitting their city jobs in search of the mythical Sugar Mountain.

Set across a month-long glacier camp in the wilds of Alaska, Sugar Mountain brings a fresh style and a unique outlook to the adventure documentary genre by replacing helicopters with bleeding edge drone technology, and a thick layering of Aussie humor.

Produced by Oscar McLennan, Sugar Mountain stars world class skiers including Chris Booth, Watkin McLennan, Tim Myers and Miles Clark. It showcases an original, award winning score by Geordie Miller, and artwork by the Celeste Byers of California.
